日本DPO協会 第5回オンライン例会 開催のお知らせ
「グローバルプライバシーコンプライアンスへの道」
～ルールメイキングや法執行における国内・国際調和と民間企業の課題～
謹啓 陽春の候、皆様におかれましては、益々ご健勝のこととお喜び申し上げます。
本例会では、プライバシー保護分野で最も先進的な取り組みを行っているフランスのデータ保護当局であるCNIL（Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés）の国際関係部門の責任者であるフローレンス・レイナール（Florence Raynal）様をゲストスピーカーにお迎えして、EU内およびグローバルなデータ規制のハーモナイゼーション、DPOなどプライバシー保護専門家の育成などについてご講演頂きます。
また、個人情報保護委員会事務局審議官の佐脇紀代志様をゲストスピーカーにお迎えして、令和2年、令和3年の法改正も踏まえ、データ規制の日本国内およびグローバルなハーモナイゼーション、日欧間の十分性相互認定の進展などについてご講演頂きます。
さらに、シャネル合同会社シニアマネージャーの柳池剛様、楽天グループ株式会社ヴァイスシニアマネージャーのクララ・フェッケ様をゲストスピーカーにお迎えして、国内のプライバシー保護実務家の立場でグローバルなプライバシー保護に向けた取り組みなどについてお話頂きます。
そして、スピーカーの皆さまによるパネルディスカッションにより、グローバルにプライバシー規制を遵守するために、企業規模に応じた企業の態勢づくりはどうあるべきか、などについてご議論頂きます。

“The Path Towards Global Privacy Compliance ～ Issues Arising out of Rule Making and Domestic and International Harmonization in Privacy Law Enforcement～”
We cordially invite you to participate in the above captioned event.
In this event, Mrs. Florence Raynal of CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) and Dr. Kiyoshi Sawaki of PPC Japan (Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan) will kindly make presentations on harmonization of global data protection laws and some other related topics. Also, Mr. Takeshi Yanaike of Chanel G.K and Ms. Clara Fecke of Rakuten Group Inc. will make some remarks from the standpoint of data protection specialists.
This session is, with our warm welcome, open to anyone who is interested in the activities of the Association as well as the members of the Association.
